If your Insurer is not listed above, your insurer may cover a portion of the cost of the visit according to your policy’s benefits for out-of-network providers. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, you will pay in full for the service at the time of service. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt of payment, also referred to as a superbill, for you to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. Fees for services are listed on the Fee Schedule.
Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company directly to find out what their mental health benefits are, since you will be responsible for whatever insurance does not reimburse for. However, I understand that this process can be confusing and am happy to help collect that information from your insurance company. To do a benefit check you will need to call and provide the following information:
